The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is undertaking a historic $19 billion transformation of John F. Kennedy International Airport into a world-class facility, including two new terminals, expansion and modernization of existing terminals, and a completely redesigned roadway network. The program is one of the largest public-private partnerships in United States history, expected to serve over 75 million passengers annually upon completion.
